Good result. The second one looks almost theatening.  I see a black-winged dragon with a V-shaped head riding the thermals    And no, I haven't been smoking anything

No, ACR (Adobe Camera Raw). These are still images, not videos, no need for Video-oriented facilities.
Besides, I don't think DR can do panos, or even handle images this size.

I'm paying annual fee. I do a lot of photography, so it's worth it for me.
