Not blown away.
It is attached to a huge block of concrete.

Dang, DA has some great eyes to spot that trampoline.  I like the shot from this angle also as it gives a better perspective of the size of the lake.

Here large floating inflatables are becoming popular for this sort of use,   when I was a kid they were popular in swimming pools for special kids days.
