Hi, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. Considering flight safety and better experience, we would recommend user send it back for repair. We respect your decision on whether to send the product back to our repair center or not.  

DroneHouse_VCA, That part is used to tell if the battery is fully in the drone. To solve your problem without buying a replacement part short the connector and it should work just make sure the battery is fully in before each flight. And if you want a replacement part dm me. Hope this helps
