The silence is deafening from DJI and woefully pathetic

@DJI Thor, I have this issue after updating to iPad OS 16.5.
I do not understand why this problem appears after each Apple OS update. Is it that hard to find the right solution for this issue?

Now 28 June 2023. I have 16.5.1 IOS in iPhone 13 mini and same problems with video.  Same problem in IPAD pro 11.

So tonight there’s an update for DJI Fly, we’ve seen numerous updates for DJI Store, but when are we going to see DJI Virtual Flight updated? C’mon!

problem started when apple upgraded iOS to 16.4+ version (27.3.2023 exactly 100 days ago).


DJI team has been doing nothing to fix it for last 100 days.

So iOS 16.6 is out and the squad at DJI should have had beta access to 16.6, so when will we see an update to the app?

C’mon DJI tell us what’s happening? Are we going to see an update to DJI Virtual Flight?

Has there really been no movement on this? @DJI support can you chase this up and at least try and get an update for us. This could cause a problem for new pilots who wont be able to get some training in before they fly and posisbly could cause accidents.

no possible Сергей, DJI can't send you any link - they still do nothing with "DJI Virtual Flight" problem on iPhones. we are waiting 135 days so far... for new (fixed) ver of software. before update - vf.  system is useless. I know, crap :/

I think they not responding on purpose
because they can’t fix problem.

They are aware that we can’t practice with DJI virtual flight since months..
But they are too weak as a business team and they simply can’t do it quickly.
Their social media team is too weak
to ask IT unit “when”.

What I have learned since I bought DJI FPV:

The delay of the DJI Goggles 2 screen is due to the compatibility of mobile devices. It is recommended that you try to replace other mobile devices for testing.
