I'd bought a Ronin MX a while back not too long before the pandemic started. It sat unused through the pandemic and was only used a couple of times before. The batteries will not charge. One battery will have the button turn red for about 4 seconds when pressed before turning off again. Sometimes when I plug it in to charge the 3rd indicator light will flash dimly. The other battery does absolutely nothing when it's plugged in or when the button is pressed.

Nevermind. In the time that it took for me to write this message the one battery that was showing any signs of life is now doing absolutely nothing. So now I have 2 batteries with no sign of life.
Is there a way to get these back on and working? I've already emailed DJI about this issue, but haven't heard anything back yet.
