I have recently bought Type C to 3.5 mm Jack Audio Adapter. But whenever I connect it (not even with microphones, I simply plug it) the display turns off. Could you please resolve the problem? I have tried using two different builds from different companies from Amazon, but I still get the same results. Please help me out with this problem.

Are you using the official DJI one or another brand? AFAIK the DJI branded adapter and the Osmo Pocket/Pocket 2 have their own proprietary systems that neither allow any other brand adapter to be used with the Osmo Pocket/Pocket 2 nor allows DJI branded adapter to be used with any other brand.
