After successfully conecting my Pocket 2 to my iMac (2015) for 3 years using a USBC and USBA cable, I cannot do the same with my new MacBook Air.
I used both USBC to USBC cable and a USBC to USBA cable with a USBC adapter. Also have used a Dock with USBA inputs. The camera recognises the computer and shows the screen with the option to connect. When this is selected the presence of the camera should show up as an external drive. This does not happen. I have tried connecting two external hard drives with NO problems, their icons appear on the desktop in the same way as on the iMac.
I have taken the Micro SD card out of the camera and connected it using the dock and this works ok. But this process I fing too fiddly and will result eventually damaging the card.
Any suggestions as what to try would be most helpful.

The new M1 chip allows the new Macs to run iOS apps (LumaFusion's my favorite).

Maybe your Macbook is perceived as a smartphone when connected to the Pocket.

Hi, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try to use another PC to connect the DJI Pocket 2 to see if the abnormality. Besides, could you please give us a video of the issue described to do a confirmation?
