Gimbal Calibration Error on the screen. I tried restarting the device and recalibrating the gimbal several times but the error message (ERROR CODE 40011) persists. The gimbal successfully auto calibrates but the error message doesnt clea.
Hello there Patiko. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Since you are getting and error message ( 40011 ) on the the DJI Fly application did your DJI Mavic Air 2 ever encounter and hard landing or a crash before? Please try to restart the DJI drone and refresh the firmware as well then calibrate the gimbal one again to see if the issue will still persist. If the issue persists, I would recommend for you to contact our DJI Support Team at https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance. Thank you.
