Are there any instructions on posting videos on this forum? I cannot seem to find any doing searches on different headings.

You have to upload your video to YouTube, Vimeo, Skypixel or other video hosting platform and then post the link to it here. Direct video uploads are not possible.  Pictures can be posted directly.

Use the advanced editor and then click the video icon on the toolbar and paste then full link (not short) to YouTube or Skypixed and it will do the rest.

No probs Yogi.   If you are posting images. if you reply to a thread there is no size limit.

You can insert a YouTube video in the post. 1920X1080 would be the best resolution for most of the viewers if you're looking to make the video public on YouTube. I edit and export the video on TunesKit AceMovi which has an opimization option to make your video the best for YouTube.
