I just confirmed that DJI Phantom 4 Pro+ V2.0 does not support any form of automated vertical mapping. Their new built-in screen controller blocks all 3rd party drone mapping apps (such as Pix4d or DroneDeploy...which I understand) and DJI Pilot is not compatible.
