Are you sure you need this document for DJI drone ? Isn't for home made drone ?

But the document you are looking for is more like the certificate that a parachute or similar safety features are fitted to the drone for a specific scenario. You can get this document from your drone dealer who's made de modification. Drones homologués DGAC (studiosport.fr)

Yes, for our Drone Operation Manual , we have to give this if the UAV got an attestation of conception
