Dear RS2 users ;)

I have a brand new RS2. It is working fine so far.

But the record button doesn't work everytime. Half-Press works everytime. But full press for recording not. Sometime it works when I press the first time.. and then I have to press 2,3 times to get it work.

I just want to know if only me have this problem? Or if I make something wrong?

I have a Canon R5

I have the same problem with my Lumix s5.  I was having this issue with feiyu ak 4000.  I upgraded to Rs2.  The same nonsense continues.  Fix this

1. About the button:
Half press is to focus, short press is to record, long press is to take pictures.
2. If it is still unsuccessful, there may be a problem with the button. Take a video of the operation and send it to the customer service for analysis. Hope your concern will be adressed soon.
