It was quite a hassle connenting my new RC Pro to my Air 2S, but I succeeded eventually

Tried it out today for the first time - SO IMPRESSED - bright screen. And most importantly the screen doesn't go dark in warm temperatures.
And no hassles clamping and connecting a phone.

So glad I bought this.

That's exactly my opinion since the Smart Controller...

Congrats on getting the RC Pro.  I love mine for the ease of not hooking up a cable or attaching a mobile device.  Works well in the Florida sunshine as well.  Would be hard to go back to a standard RC again.  Waiting on DJI firmware update to customize bottom buttons.

Does it work with ALL DJI drones, do you know?

I live in Perth, Western Australia. it's sunny most of the year and usually warm-hot.
Which means that for much of the year a phone screen turns black quickly.
The decision to change was made a couple of weeks back. I was at the beach, the Air 2S was over half a mile out to sea (couldn't see it of course), and the screen went black.
Panic set it, but it got it to return to home. So my time at the beach was wasted.

Life is short, upgrade now and sell your current drone
Whatever you have sacrifice - it's worth it

I recommend getting a screen protector for it,  there are some reports its easy to scratch it.

Madame treasurer might veto that idea - I haven't had the M2Zoom very long - or the Mini1 for that matter

I would like to buy this but its price is another thing, maybe if I could load the Autel app and use it with my Autel drone I will get it. Dji make it compatible

Hearing rumors they may make it backwards compatible.  Maybe after the wipe out the remaining inventory of original Smart Controls it will be more feasible to their marketing efforts.

I have a glass one on the smart controller and it makes me less conscious of damaging it when I slide it into the bag.
