I have a Air2s and the battery looks swollen next to another battery. The battery only has 5 charge cycles I'll attach a photo. It does not sit flat on a table

Hello there mj7789. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Since you are having this issue with one of your DJI Air 2S intelligent flight battery. It would best for you to contact our DJI Support Team at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance with regards to this matter. Just a reminder that battery swelling is basically caused by to much heat, vast changes in temperature and/or moisture getting into the battery itself. Batteries should be stored at a constant temperature of around 20 to 25c when not in use and kept away from direct sunlight, damp, water etc. In addition please do not fly your drone with swollen batteries this might lead to an accident during the flight. Thank you.

Hi, there. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We preliminarily refer that this situation won't affect your use. If the gap between the battery edge and bottom of the battery is less than or equal to 0.6mm (product shipment standards), it is normal. If you would love to,  it is recommended to fill out the online repair request on our official web and send it back. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index

If it is still under warranty I'd send it in for replacement.  If not, it could swell more with use and then you may be past the warranty period.

Here’s a photo of a flat object resting on the batteries on the swollen and normal one. you can see the battery label touching the object

Yeah, that's slightly swollen.  Again, if it is still within the warranty period start a claim with support for replacement.
