Dear friends who care about Fly, I'm sorry to keep you waiting. Let's report the progress!
In the past four months, we have optimized some of the problems that have been centrally feedbackd by everyone. The first batch of optimization functions have been launched in App updates and firmware updates in December last year and January this year. The second batch of optimization functions are also under development and verification. It is expected that in Q2 and large Let's meet at home. The specific functions are as follows:
1. In App Updates And Firmware Updates Last December And January, Features That Have Been Launched And Optimized Include
- Mavic 3 functions: focus follow, time-lapse, master lens, panorama, one-click short film, 4G image transmission, high-speed mobile phone fast transmission, continuous shooting, D-Log color restoration, separate RAW format photos, intelligent return route selection, EXP feel parameter adjustment, USB flash drive mode Wait.
- Remote control function with screen: support SD card storage of files, HDMI output pure picture transmission
- In view of the problem that camera parameter adjustment is not easy to use, we have designed a new parameter adjustment panel to make exposure parameter adjustment and common photo and video parameter setting more convenient.
- In response to the problem that the interface information cannot be seen clearly and clicked accurately, we have increased the size and spacing of buttons and icons, optimized the font and strokes of the text, so that everyone can see more clearly in the outdoor environment.
2. The following functions are being developed and tested continuously, and will meet you in Q2 in 2022.
- Air 2S supports taking RAW photos separately
- Mavic 3 Telephoto Optimization: Supports Fast Switching Of Wide And Telephoto Lenses, Telephoto Lens Supports Manual Exposure And RAW Format Photo Shooting
- The remote control with screen supports more customization functions such as adjusting exposure parameters with dial wheels.
- Mavic 3 more advanced feel parameter adjustment (such as maximum speed)
- The attitude ball supports the display centered on the remote control (Note: the attitude ball was originally scheduled to be launched on Q1, but due to internal plan adjustment, it was postponed to Q2 launch)
3. In addition, the main interface displays more information (including battery voltage, obstacle avoidance status, etc.), destination planning function, full-screen mode interface, focus and photometry optimization, file naming optimization, album download and storage optimization have also been included in subsequent plans.

Thank you for caring about Fly. We have read every feedback carefully, moved and blamed ourselves.
During this time, the team kept thinking about the reasons behind these problems to find and correct some obsessions that may have been biased.
## First of all, I want to share with you my original intention to be Fly.
When I first started to do Fly, we hoped that everyone could fly the plane, and we didn't dare to try because I saw the complex operation interface. Therefore, it was first released with Mavic Mini. In order to lower the threshold for novice use, many functions were simplified in combination with aircraft, and it turned out to have allowed more users to step into the door of drone aerial photography. In the process of adding new models one after another, we have continued the idea of extreme simplicity.
In this process, what we almost ignored is that [simple] is not an end in itself, but [efficient and easy to use]. Simple as a presentation form, it is a dwarf approximation when it is easy to use this target only for some users such as beginners.
With the increasing diversity and advancement of Fly service users, we do not take into account the needs of different groups.
Simple and professional enough, should not be the one or the other under the goal of ease of use, and simplicity and enough freedom can be taken into account. At this point, we will continue to think and explore, with the goal of "let beginners can have a smooth learning and growth curve, professionals have a sufficiently efficient and accurate creative experience and degree of freedom, and experiencers can be immersive and cool".
## Regarding the specific improvements that everyone is concerned about, I will do some synchronization with you first.
1. About Mavic 3 Smart Features
Focus follow, time-lapse, master lens, panorama, one-click short film, Wi-Fi fast transmission, continuous shooting and other functions will meet you in January app updates and firmware updates (we will also strive to be earlier if possible~)
2. About shooting parameters
Select only Raw format and EV without following the point light metering reset will meet you in the December version.
Inefficient exposure parameter adjustment, hidden too deep common camera settings, D-log color restoration will be newly optimized in Q1 in 22 years, so that everyone can operate faster and more accurately.
(Note: Due to insufficient satisfaction with the restoration effect, the D-log color restoration function originally planned to be launched in December has been postponed to meeting you on Q1 in 22 years)
3. About the posture ball and small map
We have also received two types of user voices with different habits. Here we will also consider the ability to quickly switch coordinate systems in Q1 in 22 years~
4. About the display of hardware status information
The problem of unclear and difficult to click will be solved first, making it easier for everyone to obtain information when flying. At the same time, we are also considering increasing the ability of more custom choices for different users to use. These will be optimized in Q1 in 22 years.
5. About flight settings
The Android version of exp feel parameter adjustment will meet you in December.
There are more and more settings, and we will sort them out again, making it easier for everyone to find the corresponding functions.
In addition, we are also doing further discussion and verification of telephoto lens M-gear & raw format ([color=rgb(51, 102, 153) !important]Mavic 3), full-screen mode, focus and photometry optimization, file naming, album download and storage optimization mentioned by many friends, so as to share it with you as soon as possible.
