Red Light and stopped working

Hi guys, I just bought a DJI OM 5 and after using two or three times it stopped working.
The red light is turned on constantly. the axis motors stopped working.

I got a few errors on the app. I'll put an image of it here.

I already reinstalled the app a thousand times, unconnect and connect again.. firmware is updated aswell..

Really dont know what to do. Someone can help me, please?

btw, i'm using it with an iphone 11.
