Because Texas is usually the outlier when it comes to US laws in general, it wouldn’t come as a surprise if they were a state that banned drones completely.

Very informative article you have written Paul.    I have each state has their own quirky laws on drone flying.  Always, need to do research before getting your drone airborne in new locations.
