Can't see videos/photos in Mimo App

Hi all,

I have reinstalled the DJI Mimo App on my phone and i still can no longer see videos or photos that i take on my phone when connected to the app wirelessly.  Any idea on how to fix this?

Hi, this is an iPhone 13 Pro Max with 256 GB memory, and 100gb still available.  It’s running the most up to date iOS - 15.4.1.

The DJI app was reinstalled and the firmware on the camera is current.

Apparently if you turn off your cell network the pics then show up - hoping for a firmware fix to address...

I just returned a new pocket 3 because it was doing the same thing.DJI customer service was clueless. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max

I have the pocket 3 as well.  Same issue.  Hopefully a fix is incoming.

Hello there. Sorry about the inconvenience. Please make sure the app version is the latest. It is also suggested to disable the 4G network function on the mobile phone during the download process. Thank you.

Hello there. Sorry you had to return your new Pocket 3. This was due to a bug with the iOS version of DJI Mimo. Currently, this issue has not been found in DJI Mimo for Android. Please reach back if you need further assistance. Have a great day ahead.
