I know.. uncountable threads with the same issue but I'm totally lost.

My device:
Samsung A52s with Android 12 and One UI 4.1

The app won't start at all. No matter if I use older versions or the recent one of the Dji website.
Has anybody found a workaround?

I already tried granting all permissions before running it, flightmode, removed SD card, mobil data / wifi..

If I remember it correctly, it was working with .46 before I installed the update of One UI 4.1. with the recent version of the website.

Litchi and Rainbow are no options for me. Litchi is crashing randomly and Rainbow has this stupid payed subscription.

i think one ui.4.0 still work,

but one ui 4.1 is totally not work

Hi, could you tell me the model of the phone you're using now? Besides, if it is convenient, could you please provide us with a video of the issue described? You could upload it to Google Drive/ Dropbox, and post the link here.

Hello, I have the same issue with every DJI app on my galaxy s21 I've even tried downloading some apks and no luck. Cant even fly my mini bc dji fly is not even on the play store. Help someone

I currently own a DJI Mavic Air, and can confirm that the Samsung S22 + (android 12) does not work with the DJI GO 4 (V 4.3.46) and DJI Fly (V 1.5.10) app from your website! Which makes the DJI useless for me! Sorry to say, but thats not the experience that i was hoping for when buying such high end product.

Hi, Jeffrey. Sorry for the unpleasant experience caused. Could you describe your issue in more detail? Is there any error message? Or when you open the app, it crashes? We'd like to help you.

The app Just shuts down after i hit the "GO FLY" button. See attachment

It's definitely not working on Samsung A52s.I try everything you say and much more found on YouTube and my conclusion is that the application is bad and you know it.Can you please inform me when you resolve this problem to not lose a time.Thanks.

Just got the update to Android 12 on my A51 and it has bricked the DJI4 App, which was fine beforehand. Not happy.

I've got an older phone to fly the Mini One with, that won't receive Android 12.
And if DJI don't provide a patch, I'll use Litchi for the M2Zoom.

No that one is fine - runs all my flying apps no problem. So does my S2 Tablet.
I just make sure automatic updates is turned off for them.

Tried the old S7 this morning as a test and it works like a charm. Just that the sscreen is a bit small, is all.

Yes it's just DJI Gol4 that's crippled. All other fly apps work fine (and Mimo)

it is still old software dji go 4 3.46, it work for android 12 one ui 4.0, and will get full crash if you use one ui 4.1

Fingers crossed they pull their finger out and fix it.    I must confess to buying the smart controller to lock in the apps to work so that phone upgrades didnt impact me.

Maybe, in time.

Using a Smart Controller with the Mavic 2 should be the only way to fly.

We did! Now you app also no longer works in android 12. Worked once but now it Says it has a bug!
