Until now I packed my Air 2S, standard remote controller, flight batteries etc into the bag that comes with the Fly More kit.

  

But now that I have an RC Pro, which is somewhat larger than the old remote, if I put it on the bag, the batteries won't fit.

  

And I don't want to go to a backpack, because I already use one for my Canon DLSR and lenses.

  

How do you pack your gear?

  

Well the air2s  kit with the rc pro come all inside the bag, try to rearrange it better because everything is supposed to fit inside.

I've tried several ways, but either I have to leave a battery out, or I get everything in, but the bag is too full to zip up

Looks good thank you, however, I'm looking for something closer to my current bag as it leave my hands free, and I can still wear my big camera back pack too

I found PGYTECH cases quite convenient. A lot of online venues sell them, including Amazon. They are relatively inexpensive and provide very effective packaging.
I too find DJI bags, while good quality, somewhat awkward to use.
