Hello..
I have a DJI Mavic 2 Zoom and have a problem with my camera shaking every few seconds, so the resulting image is also shaking. I held the camera and felt something vibrate, I thought there was a problem with the motor pitch. I tried to do gimbal calibration but the problem was not solved.
Then I opened the dji assistant 2 simulator to see the gimbal degree for roll, pitch, and yaw. It turned out that my gimbal yaw was at -110 degrees or more (Gimbal Roll and Pitch were Normal). I tried to calibrate again, during the calibration process, I noticed that the gimbal yaw degree was still correct (the gimbal yaw degree showed the actual position) until the calibration progress was at 60% (progress that the position where the yaw is pointing to the right +90 degree and immediately moved at one time to the 0 degree point quickly). In this condition, the degree of gimbal yaw is not read as 0 degree, but it becomes -110 degree (sometimes -94 degree, sometimes -124 degree, sometimes -154 degree, etc). Gimbal auto calibration has been done many times, and the symptoms are still the same (calibration progress 0-60% degree gimbal yaw shows the actual position but after 60% error again), I've also tried downgrading the firmware from v01.00.0770 to 2 versions below ( because I was thinking if there was a software bug), but the problem is still not resolved.
To colleagues who are already proficient in this matter, please help, is there any advice on the problems I'm experiencing?

Hello, thanks for your reply. But the link you provided, the page was not found.

Besides that, it looks like my warranty period has also expired. I had this problem since November 2020, but I wasn't too focused on solving it at the time due to other activities.
However, I keep troubleshooting but still can't find a solution.
Please give some advices or suggestions..
Thankyou
