I have tried using quickshots but it's just hovering after the countdown, it doesn't do anything and i don't know how to fix it. Does anyone know why?

I'm currently using an Iphone 8, is it maybe too old? Maybe try an Android device?

Hi, there. Could you please update the DJI Fly to the latest version to check if the problem persists? Here is the link: https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly
You could also try to use an android device to check if the same problem still occurs? If so, please give us a video of the issue described to do a confirmation. You could upload it to Google Drive/ Dropbox and post the link here. Thank you.
