why dji fly can't be installed on samsung galaxy a13?

Hello there Bina Marga RL. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device to see if the issue will persist. Upon checking the mobile device ( Samsung Galaxy A13 ) that you want to use on the DJI Fly application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not recommended for the DJI Fly application. DJI suggests using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Fly application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Samsung Galaxy A13 will be able to work on the DJI Fly application. But however, since it's not yet optimized for the DJI Fly application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Fly application while using it. A13 seems to be too slow to run the app.

Hello, I hope you understand me that I would like an update for 64 bits, I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 and I don't install Dji Fly, there are many Samsung users and maybe they have a drone and they want a new phone and they can't upgrade their drone.  Thanks for understanding.

I could not get the Fly app to install on my older LG Android phone with Android 7.0  but got it to work on an iPhone13 and an older iPhone8.

I ended up getting a new Galaxy A14 5G 64GB yesterday just so I could get in the air and it installed just fine on that.  It's using Android 13.0.

Seems pretty bad that people have to go get a new phone to use a product.  In my case I was long overdue for an upgrade tho don't hardly ever use my cell phone so really don't need anything fancy.

Hello I think I found a solution for all Samung Galaxy A13 users.  I read on the sites that the galaxy A13 only has 32 bits because it uses the core system.  I think that if an update is made for the core system, we could install Dji fly on the Galaxy A13.  Thank you.

Hi there. If Samsung Galaxy A13 is only 32 it, regretfully, you can't use it to install the application as DJI FLY APP was developed based on the 64-bit platform. The minimum request for the installation environment is as follows:
1. Requires Android 6.0 or above.
2. Available ROM is 2GB and above.
3. Supporting ArmV8 64-bit architectures (64-bit processor).
Currently, there is no plan to support 32 Bit Android devices. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hi, djiuser_SmMavyJHXYc0. Thank you for sharing this. If the Samsung Galaxy A13 only has 32 bits, regretfully, the DJI fly won't be installed as it needs 64-bit architecture. Please see the minimin required specs of the mobile phone above.
