Hey DJI support team…it appears your product has been having this issue with login reset password not getting to the customer for years now…I’m here to complain about the same problem. What’s wrong with your tech and customer service? I paid $1,200+ for your drone and there’s issues immediately. Any plans on fixing this ongoing problem or are you just planning on leaving to your customers to figure out for themselves? How long do I have to return this thing and look into another drone company? DJI an Industry leader? Sorry, but I’m not seeing it. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER’S ISSUES WHEN THEY COME UP!
