When I charge the 3 batteries in the holder the indicators for each battery show 4 lights fully on (not blinking) for each of the batteries which makes sense to me.  However, when the battery in the controller is fully charged the four lights turn off. If I unplug and replug the power cable the 4 lights blink in sequence a few times then turn off.  This doesn't make as much sense to me.  Is this normal?  

It's certainly what happens with the Mini One. Possibly it's the same for the Mini Two.
