Folks,

I think there is a bug somewhere in RS2.  It is either power delivery or a software bug, or something else.
When RS2 is connected to Sony A7iv, sometimes it moves the camera to a state when
the camera stops responding.

It blinks red (Sony indication of error), and the camerais  not responding. (I believe it moves a
camera to some safety protection state.)

Note:
- if you disconnect all cables.
- shutdown
- wait


(In two cases, I had to remove the battery twice).  ( Note it is a new camera)


- I tried to reproduce and find a root cause.


a) Trying to figure out a sequence of start i.e. RS2 first /start camera second. or vice versa.

- The second case I tried to check.
If RS2 is changing while the camera is off.
If RS2 is changing while the camera is on.

Note I couldn't reproduce.  And it looks completely random.
