Hello. Today i opened a case CAS-8848417-T4Y9Y3, to send in my crashed 2 monts old air 2s for rapair. Which is under warranty.


So i shipped my unit to address which i received in the case.  Ivy Technology Szombathely, Vasarter u. 1, 9700 Hungary. I put the printed case paper in the box with the unit.



But now i noticed that if its under warranty period, i will receive a shipping label via email within two working days.  What and how wrong did i did sending my unit to  Ivy Technology in Hungary.

hello again. I got email from DJI about service  quotation, there are some parts that i would also need but are not listet in the service quotation.
I would need lens cover witch it is not listed and i would also need 4 propellers
What should i do
