Just at point, are there any rear face LED's, if there aren't that a major loss of drone/flight status indication to the deaf.

I thought one of the leaks showed it had proper navigation lights all round making it legal to fly at night in many countries.

I thought I had seen rear arm lights too but I can't see any sign of any in the still or a quick skim of the video.
And, for that matter, I find the bottom battery lights of the earlier mini quite a handy way of checking the battery charge when the drone is close enough to see them.
I suppose it's a case of "you can please some of the people some of the time .............."

Im really hoping that the lights are there to make it legal for us to fly at night without messing with strobes etc,  especially as this is supposed to have really good low light camera.

Hope it has rear arm lights.  Will be a bit easier for flying at night.  With the bigger sensor should be good for low light.

Doesn't this one come with controller? if not, How can I control the drone?

It seems like there are two controller options,  the standard controller same as Mini2/Air2S/Mavic 3 or a new smart controller with integrated screen that appears to be colour coded to match the drone.
