I have 5 batteries and charged them all and tried them all in my Spark. The Spark will not come on, turn on, and no lights or sounds from it. Is there some other way to troubleshoot the unit? Otherwise I am thinking it will need to be repaired or replaced. Thanks

I submitted the online request and i have a case number and the Repair Slip. However, i never got the email with the shipping label. IS there somewhere I can go to pull it and print it? Thanks
