User Identification Failed Unlock Request

Hi
I am trying to unlock a zone for a job two days in advance and received approval from the FAA and DJI.
I am able to import the unlock requests to the aircraft, but after agreeing to terms and assuming responsibilty I get the message "User Identification Failed"
How can I resolve this and assure myself that when I get to my location on Monday I will be able to take off?
