Dear Sir/madam,

I have updated my Android phone to Android 12. Know the DJI GO4 app is not working and when ever i try to entre the drone setting or camera view
there is a notification pop up which says
" Allow access to external storage and locationservices so DJI Go can save photos, videos and flight records, import files to editor, and display your location on the map."

if i click on go to settings then nothing is happening

Android 12 breaks compatibility with a lot of apps.  You may be best to downgrade back to Android 11.

Hello, I have a Samsung Note 20 smartphone ultra updated with android 12, I already downloaded the dji go4 app from the DJI website, I cleared caches, but the app opens and closes, will DJI take time to fix the problem?

I bought a new HONOR 70 phone but now I meet problem with DJI GO 4 app. I just downloaded installation from DJI download section V4.3.50 , instalation went ok but application crash at opening. I can not use my DJI MAVIC 2PRO as usual with new HONOR 70.  Second aplication DJI FLY for my Mini2 is ok and I can use it as usual before via my old Huawei P20Pro phone.  When we can expect DJI solution for new Android 12 phones?

Try this, I just got done with a long helpful chat.  I'm using Android 12, Samsung 21+ and everything is working even after closing and reopening app.

I downloaded V4.3.52 from dji, it works on my Samsung S20 FE,
