No se dan cuenta en DJI que hay un error al instalar el DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series)?
Este es el error:

Baje la aplicaccion desde el enlace que me indican y sigue dando el mismo error.
Adjunto dos imagenes, la 1 es el error de instalacion y la 2 es en la que no avanza el programa despues de  conectar el dron.

Nadie de DJI da una solucion?

Well, I have the same problem with the last version 20.1.20 I downloaded from the official dji page, and my computer is a i9 13900k 64Gb

Itry turn off the antivirus, open manually the firewall nothing work allways the same ...

my system


my computer is a:
13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K   3.00 GHz
64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable)
and I have the last drivers in all my dispositives
