I had a Dji Air s2 before and an account bound with my gsm number.
Then I opened another account with my email. I bounded new mavic 3. But I can not upload shootings because asking to bound my gsm nunmer with new account. When I try to do it' warning is that gsm number already bounded with another account

So I need to set free my gsm number from previous account and bound it to new account.
How can I do it?

Hello, there. You can log into the Mavic 3 with the same account without creating a new account.
The same mobile phone number (account) can be bound to multiple drones.
If you need to unbind the previous account and rebind the new account, you can contact our support. You can contact them via this link: https://www.dji.com/support/repair
