First time utilizing Care Refresh+. I managed to zip my FPV into the trees. I contacted service via email for Refresh+ nine days ago. I received my replacement this afternoon. The process was simple, direct and fast. Highly recommended!

Great to hear about a positive experience with Care Refresh+.  I can say I was also pleased a couple of months back when I used my refresh.
