So, upon activating my new drone I fat fingered my email address, which doesn't now or will ever exist, and without verification the drone was activated. After several, and I might add very gracious, emails with customer service it has been concluded that if I should ever forget my password I will just have to buy another drone and use another account. I can't imagine I am the first to activate my drone with an incorrect emaill since they do not verify that extremely important and irreversible piece of information so ... does anyone have a resolution or can provide input on my predicament?

1. The serial number of the drone
2. The wrong email address
3. The correct email address. Besides, could you please tell me the ticket number that you contact our DJI Support?
