Hello everyone, I have a  problem with the dji fly app. Basically when I take some pictures or videos none of them save in the app's gallery or on my phone. Does anyone know how to fix that. Thank you!

Go to Settings > Camera a scroll to the bottom.

There should 2 options there for saving files to the phone.

Previously you could use the app settings to do it automatically but that's no longer the case, you now have to remember to download them using the download button in the app. I'm not sure if it's DJI's or Android's latest update that is the reason for it. Very annoying that it has to be done manually now. I keep forgetting to do it and have to reconnect the drone.

If you still experience the same issue, try to uninstall and reinstall the app and check again Settings > Camera. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
