My dji osmo pocket records weird audio...

does anybody know how to fix this?


I already reset the unit.


Dji mimo does not show that i need firmware update. So i think, my firmware is updated..

firmware is 01.10.00.30.

yeah you definitely have damaged mic. by compressed air or something else. Replacement is the only way

The Osmo Pocket is probably out of warranty so if you feel up to it you can try taking it apart to check all the connectors that are attached to the main circuit board. Disconnect and reconnect them one by one, making sure they are firmly attached. Do not under any circumstances disconnect the battery connector. That will kill the Pocket and you won't be able to re-start it.However, if you purchased it new recently, then contact tech support for a repair or replacement.
