Great shot DA.    Your timing was perfect to catch the swirls where the oars had just finished their stroke (two circles).

The Mini 2 is nowhere near as loud as the M2P was.  Of course I only got in a few flights before it got stolen so maybe my memory is not that good.

Still Ive had people come and talk to me about the drone as they heard it.

I'm always a bit apprehensive if I'm outside my property flying when somebody comes up to me.  You just never know what their intentions are.

So far Ive only had one issue,   some lady didnt like me flying over the sea at 300ft in case it upset a seal that was swimming.

She's the only one,  everyone else that wants to talk to me about it, is really interested in them.  The other day a guy stopped to ask some questions as he read about them in his hiking magazine.

I think that for the most part people who don't own a drone are just curious about them.  I had a highway patrolman (state law enforcement officer) come over and watch my grandson and I flying a few weeks back.  He was just trying to convince himself that it was a good hobby to get into.  He was already into photography so hopefully he will join us in the drone community someday.

Now that would freak me out,    I think I'll keep hiding behind the bushes when I fly as to not be spotted.

We were at the edge of a really large community park and I think he lives nearby as I have seen him there before practicing his golf swing.  He must have been on his lunch break as he was in uniform.  Seemed like a really nice guy and besides we weren't doing anything illegal.  

Those swirls in the water and that composition of the small boat in the middle of water sure make for an interesting shot. :-)
