at the entrance of Kardamili as you come from Kalamata, to the old school, turn right, and you will find Ritsa beach. It is organized in large part, with umbrellas, sunbeds, white pebbles, clear blue waters and views of Taygetos. Some parts of it are shaded by tamarisk and olives, where there are good taverns.

The waters of Ritsa beach are crystal clear, but they deepen sharply. It is worth having your mask with you because it also has a nice seabed.

The beach of Ritsa is preferred by most Kardamiliotes, especially during the tourist season, because it is beautiful and is very close to the village. It is quiet, large and suitable for families. You will find parking space above the beach.

The gorge of Byros, one of the most beautiful in western Mani, ends at the beach of Ritsa, with its walkers looking for coolness in its clear blue waters after hiking.
