This is the response I received today from your DJI support team.
"This message is from DJI Support. After testing your product, DJI has determined to provide you with free repair service. The repair is expected to be finished within 3 to 6 business days, after which the product will be sent back to you. Thank you for choosing DJI."
I must say I'm extremely disappointed in DJI's response. Your team found the brand new $1200 RC Pro controller's RTH button to be damaged/defective. Instead of immediately shipping out another brand new RC Pro controller to me, you're going to take an additional 3-6 days to repair a single button. Would you consider this good customer service? |
