I know that I am probably doing something wrong but when I turn on my pocket 2 the camera faces straight up in the air when it is supposed to be facing straight ahead. I can adjust it on the screen to straight forward but it's so annoying. Did I hit a wrong setting?

About all I could suggest would be to recalibrate it.

You probably have the waterproof case mode still on.

Probably have the camera still on waterproof case mode.

Waterproof case mode - yup, that's probably it - but I wouldn't have thought of it!  (Although it's come up in the past).  Excellent tip.
