I downloaded the DJI windows driver and every time I try to run it windows blocks it with a message, "This app has been blocked for your protection".  There is only a close button with no other options.  Logo-Shift-S does not capture the screen as it should. The  ESC key closes the window. Running win 10. I tried disabling the smart screen and check files and apps. I also tried running as administrator and running in compatibility mode. Nothing works.

What to do?

Have you tried disabling Windows Defender or excluding the folder from it?

I got it loaded by disabling the UAC in the registry temporarily.
Turn off UAC through the registry. To do it, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System in the Registry Editor (regedit.exe) and change EnableLUA value to 0.
