Hello there,
I ran an autocheck and the gimbal return me the error code 1008, see the picture attached, does anyone now what this code refer to ?

Could you please check the suggestions on floor #2 and keep us updated if you still meet any problems?
Please make sure the camera is properly installed, all three axis locks on the gimbal have been unlocked, and the stabilizers have been balanced.

Sorry for the belated reply.
May I double-confirm the error code you meet? If the error code is 1014 as the picture shows, it is suggested to send the device back to DJI for testing. If the error code is 1008, please tried the suggestions on the 2# and keep us updated.

Please make sure that the camera is installed correctly, all three axes are unlocked, and the DJI Ronin single-handed gimbal is properly balanced. If you still meet problems, please let us know.

All 3 axes are perfectly balanced. I'm an old user since the Ronin-M and I know how to use the product, the RS3 Mini is not my first DJI gimbal, I have experience.

Thanks for your feedback. We have confirmed with our engineer of your problem and please check the following details:
1. Please reset the gimbal parameters.
2. After resetting the gimbal parameters, please restart the gimbal and click " Auto-Tune" on the display 按and click "Status" > "System Calibration" in the Ronin app to perform a system calibration.
If it still does not help, it is suggested to send it back for testing.

My rs3 mini failed on me with the same 1009 error during my travel. Now it's just a useless weight until I'm back home and send it to DJI.

I am having a dji rsc2 showing me error 1008 in auto check process
Gimbal is not calibrating showing gimbal is not horizontal.
In dji ronin app while running the stability test it is showing tilt axis is need to re calibrate both roll and pan axis is getting calibrate easily but tilt axis is not calibirating itself.

I have a DJI RSC 2 problem starts with the sudden and abnormal movement of the gimbal axis i ran auto check function in return i get error code 1008
I also run calibration and in between get gimbal is not horizontal on screen.
i also run the balance test in dji app where pan and roll axis got calibrated but tilt axis is not being able to calibrate.
in balance test window i noticed the gimbal is not showing the right measurement inclination in default position its show around 60 degree all the issue can be seen in the images too please guide me further what to do please help mee.

Hi there, for the 1006 error, please place the gimbal on a level desktop or flat ground, perform horizontal calibration and try again, do not touch the gimbal during calibration.
If the error persists, you may need to send the gimbal back to DJI for further service.
