Cannot calibrate Mavic Air

Dear,

After a long time ot working with the MAviC Air I have, I started once again.
The IMU askes to be calibrated.
I installed the last version of the app tried everything. Unfortunately, it won't callibrate.
When I press the "start" button to calibrate, it does not react.
Can you help me pls?

Hello there BartVS. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we please know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please and kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 application from this DJI Link ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 ) to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, kindly please sync all of your flight records before uninstalling the DJI Go 4 application on your mobile device for you not to loose your previous flight information. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply.
I reinstalled DJI program.
It works ok till I have to tap the start button to calibrate the IMU.
If I try to tap it it does not react...

My device is a  have a Mavic Air

Hey Stephen,
I reinstalled the app on my iPad as well.
I Can get to the exact same place as on my iPhone...
From the moment I try to push 'start', it does not react...
