Hello everyone.
I recently received my RC PRO for my Mavic 3, the configuration is very intuitive and I managed to register and update it.
When I pair it with the MAvic 3 I can control motors, camera normally but it informs me a message saying that this device is not linked with the aircraft and asks me to connect to the linked device and perform the following steps.
Change paired device
Unlink device.
Cancel.
I tried to connect the ship with the "original" control and I can't unlink it from the aircraft.
Has anyone been through this or can give me a light to continue?

Hello there MANGANGA. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please post a screenshot showing the error message on the DJI Fly application and may we please know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please? Thank you.

I solved my problems, I managed to connect and use the RC PRO, excellent remote control.
The mistake was mine, I had two DJI accounts and I didn't know it.
