I use "fast charger" for my iphone 12

The charger with the bundle is 18watt (USB to USB-c)
Can you use the fast charger 60watt (USB-C to USB-C) to charge the drone and/or my multi battery pack hub without causing issues?

Yes it will be fine it won’t charge faster because the batteries aren’t capable of charging that fast.
