I updated the firmware, assist software, calibrated controller and quad.  When I start the motors they turn just fine.  Then when I push the stick forward about 80% to lift off, the motors only increase RPM slightly.  Props are on correct, gimble is working fine.  Is anyone else experiencing this condition?

What are the LED colors reporting?

Rod is correct. This sounds like a Mode 1 issue. Go into the software assistant and confirm you are in Mode 2.

I have seen several people saying theirs somehow made the switch without anything they did. You just need to switch it back.

After every update re calibrate sticks in the assistant software.
Also re calibrate IMU, to be sure, no need to reset BTU.

Could you use the remote control to calibrate your remote control and  to see if it is help
