Yeah. The city, being a resort city, is now mostly empty (100k+ ppl come here for holidays, yet about 2.000 residents all-year-round), so it's safe to fly around. Also, the local airstrip gets about a small plane a day, so there is no air traffic in the area.

On a different note, I'm moving to Europe soon and I won't be able to do that there anymore, since regs and air traffic density forbide it.
