The DJI Virtual Flight app for iOS v1.3.1 was released on May 05, 2022. Here is What’s New:

Unfortunately, I think DJI has forgotten about making it Android compatible.  

Have to give it a try soon.

Visualising the movement of the sticks is great but it is no longer possible to select your rates probably due to a bug, I hope this will be fixed soon because I think everyone uses their own rates to train.

Anyone knows how to use manual mode in Time Trial?
I can’t seem to do it. It’s just ask me to finish Time Trial in normal mode, while prompt me manual mode is recommended

Have same question.

In arcade mode I can use sport or manual, but on time trial can use just N mode.

And have bug with academy, there can't work at all.

Think maybe need done finish test for M node in academy but this not help (

want use M node in Time trial

Thats a bug,you can simply fix it by.option-custiom settings-reset beginner guide,then choose the right side option "Im an experienced drone pilot".

So, I've been toying around with the new version. It's quite cool that you can tune the Flight Dynamics, since it should allow you to get closer to the real thing.

Has anyone found a set of values on the Flight Dynamics Model section that truly mimics the drone as it flies IRL?

Also, to DJI, consider adding ground effect and prop wash to the simulation, since I've noticed those to be very strong on the real DJI FPV drone, and in order to learn to fly this thing fast and accurate, those things are a must.

I managed to fix the rates by uninstalling and reinstalling. Otherwise it stays stuck on whatever it was before.

It seems like it's either Normal Mode Or Manual. I can't get Sport to work on Time trials, meaning i can't progress more that what I was on the previus app version unless i try manual.

first i thought, great it finally works
but 2 problems:
- the mode button with the motion remote control does not work
- the googles freeze after 1to 2 minutes, but the app on the iPhone continues to run normally

Is it possible to use it With the mini3 pro DJI rc?

My FPV2 goggles lock out after a short time of playing this app. The app still runs and works, it's just the goggles that lock out. Any ideas?

I'm seeing same problem of the goggles freezing that others are reporting above. Within 1 to 2 minutes the video stops but keeps playing on the app for several minutes if desired. If I hit the home button and choose a location, it will again work for 1 to 2 minutes. I have uninstalled/installed the app twice with no change. All firmware is up to date.

The goggle keep freezing after a while, while the virtual simulation continues on my iphone 11. So the crash is happening in the google software, I guess.

I use goggle firmware 01.02.0015, latest updates on iphone, this virtual flight release.

Any remedy?

Hello DJI, any remedy? Your goggle software keeps crashing  with Virtual Flight v1.3.1 .

I have exactly the same problem with my goggles freezing. Two or three minutes of flights and the screen in googles freezes, but on the phone the application works fine all the time.
