For half a year I have been suffering with the same problem, about which many of you have probably already heard.
Very frequent disconnection of the drone from the remote control.
Shutdown occurs randomly, without a logical explanation. The drone may be at a distance of 500m from me, and the connection may be lost. It may be on the ground near me - and the connection may still be lost. On another day, I can fly 2 - 3 km, and the connection is consistently excellent.
The drone is constantly updated, so is the Rc pro and the app.
Nothing helps.
The official DJI service refused me, as they stopped their work in Ukraine.
Are there cases when this problem was solved without replacing the drone?
And if so, please tell me how you achieved it.

Links are broken. I've done every firmware upgrade with no results so far.  

I had that with my first unit. Had to send it back, they sent me a new one. Sorry, my friend, looks like a faulty device that needs replacement.

Problem solved! And there is only one solution to this problem: replacing the device.
